ALEX KAYE, FOUNDER OF WM, IS A CLASSICALLY TRAINED CHEF. THE WM CONCEPT EMERGED WHEN HE COMBINED HIS LOVE FOR CLASSIC COOKING METHODS, WITH FRESH, QUALITY AND SEASONAL INGREDIENTS.

 

FOLLOWING A STRING OF SUCCESSFUL STREET FOOD VENTURES, WM TOOK OVER A PERMANENT SITE BASED NEXT TO THE GHERKIN IN 2016, POPULAR WITH THOSE LOOKING FOR A QUICK AND HEALTHY LUNCH.

GETTING MEAT TO PERFECTION TAKES TIME. AT WALTER AND MONTY, WE BELIEVE THAT MEAT TASTES BEST WHEN WELL RESTED AND SERVED AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
